The Tuscarawas Valley Farmers Market will host the 8th Annual Holiday Market on Tuesday, November 26th from 3:00 to 7:00pm at New Towne Mall just inside Entrance B (near Empire China Buffet). The Holiday Market will offer local, fresh, in-season produce for your Thanksgiving meal along with arts and crafts from local vendors so you can get a jumpstart on your Christmas shopping.

The Holiday Market is always held two days before Thanksgiving so shoppers can gather a wide variety of locally grown and produced items to create the perfect Thanksgiving meal, including turkey*, beef, chicken, pork, eggs, potatoes, sweet potatoes, carrots, beets, onions, kale, lettuce, shallots, cabbage, broccoli, leeks, cauliflower, squash, brussel sprouts, maple syrup, honey, breads and rolls, desserts, and more. There is still time to pre-order your Thanksgiving turkey through The Shepherd’s Market. Pre-ordered turkeys will be available for pickup at the Holiday Market and properly defrosted so they will be ready for immediate preparation for your Thanksgiving meal. *Pre-order your turkey online at www.ShepherdsMarket.biz or by calling/texting 330-390-4783. Orders must be received by Tuesday, November 19th.

During the Holiday Market, local artists will offer their products to help you get a jumpstart on your Christmas shopping. Shoppers will find a variety of locally made arts and crafts that will make perfect stocking stuffers for your loved ones.

Stay warm with a cup of hot cocoa or apple cider from Missions Café. Shoppers will also enjoy the festive sounds of live Christmas music by Nick Bonner from 5:00 to 7:00pm.
