Magical Day of Giving Non-Profit Kick Off Luncheon Scheduled

New Philadelphia, Ohio (August 31, 2007) -- Non-profit organizations looking for a fun and easy way to raise funds will not want to miss an important free informational luncheon to be held at New Towne Mall on Wednesday, September 5th from 12-1 p.m. New Towne Mall´s ninth annual Magical Day of Giving will be discussed.
Fundraising by selling Magical Day of Giving tickets is a great opportunity for local non-profit organizations because it requires no cash commitments or advanced purchases. Tickets, which are priced at $5 each, will be made available to any 501(c)3 non-profit group that wishes to sell them as a fundraiser. The group then retains 100% of the proceeds from your ticket sales! Over the past eight years, over $130,000 has been raised by local non-profit groups.
Magical Night of Giving allows New Towne Mall to partner with WJER Radio, The Times Reporter and Coca Cola to give back to the communities that are so good to us all year long. Additional local partners include Bailey Electric, Green Acres Lawn & Landscape and SA Comunale.
This year´s event will be held on Saturday, November 10, 2007 from 3-9 p.m. The event will feature special one-day-only discounts, thousands of dollars in door prizes, the arrival of Santa Claus, entertainment, gift wrapping, refreshments and more!
New Towne Mall´s Non-Profit Kick-Off Luncheon will be held on Wednesday, September 5 from 12-1 p.m. in the vacant store beside Payless ShoeSource.
